1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VPN Master ("the Service"), operated by SynergyLink (HK) Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VPN Master is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that provides users with secure, private, and encrypted internet connections. The Service allows users to:

• Browse the internet securely and privately
• Protect their online identity and data
• Access content from different geographic locations
• Secure their connection on public Wi-Fi networks

Advertising: VPN Master is a free service supported by advertising. The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed during your use of the app.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use VPN Master. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

VPN Master is designed to provide privacy for your VPN usage. We do not require account registration or collect any VPN usage data or logs.

Important: While we do not collect VPN usage data, the app includes third-party advertising (Google AdMob) that may collect certain device and advertising information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand what information is collected by advertising services.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, including data collection by third-party advertising services.

5. Third-Party Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AdMob may collect certain information as described in our Privacy Policy
• AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy
• We do not control the content of advertisements displayed
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of advertisements
• Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites or apps
• You can limit ad tracking through your device settings

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use VPN Master for any of the following purposes:

• Any illegal activities or to violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Distribution of copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial messages
• Any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Port scanning, network scanning, or security testing without authorization
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with advertisements displayed in the app
• Using automated tools to interact with the Service or advertisements

7. Service Availability

VPN Master is provided as-is. We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service, including advertising features, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of VPN Master, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the exclusive property of SynergyLink (HK) Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Advertisements displayed through Google AdMob are the property of their respective owners and advertisers.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including advertising features, at any time without prior notice. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL ADVERTISEMENTS, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is completely secure or free from harmful components
• Advertisements will always be appropriate, accurate, or safe
• Third-party advertisers or their products/services are reliable

We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or legality of advertisements displayed
• Any harm resulting from interactions with advertisements or advertisers
• Products or services offered by third-party advertisers
• Data practices of third-party advertising networks

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNERGYLINK (HK) LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes, but is not limited to, any damages or losses resulting from:

• Your interaction with third-party advertisements
• Purchases or transactions with third-party advertisers
• Data collection by third-party advertising services
• Content displayed in advertisements
• Links to third-party websites or apps through advertisements

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SynergyLink (HK) Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interaction with advertisements or third-party advertisers
• Any content you transmit through the Service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. Since we do not collect personal information, termination is applied at the device or IP level.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SynergyLink (HK) Limited regarding the use of the Service.
