Q: How do I connect?

A: Open VPN Master and tap the Connect button. You will see a status/notification when the VPN is connected.

Q: Do you require an account?

A: No. VPN Master does not require account registration.

Q: Do you log my VPN activity or browsing history?

A: No. VPN Master is designed with a no‑logs policy for VPN usage. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Q: Why do I see ads?

A: VPN Master is a free service supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.

Q: The VPN connects but some apps/sites still don’t work. Why?

A: Some networks, apps, or websites may block VPN traffic, require additional verification, or restrict certain regions. Please try switching networks (Wi‑Fi ↔ mobile data) and reconnecting.

3. Troubleshooting

3.1 Can’t connect

  1. Check your internet connection (try loading any website without VPN).
  2. Disconnect → reconnect inside the app.
  3. Switch network (Wi‑Fi ↔ mobile data).
  4. Restart the app, then restart your device.
  5. Update VPN Master to the latest version.
  6. If it still fails, email support with details listed in Section 1.
